RSVP today! Thomas Hall to Give Exclusive Estate Planning Seminar to Wimberley Community, Feb. 19th & 21st

Estate Planning in the Hill Country: What Every Landowner Needs to Know

This comprehensive course, presented by estate planning counselor and attorney Thomas Hall, will give an overview of the recent changes to estate tax law since the passage of the fiscal cliff deal, and examine the issues, strategies, and solutions that landowners should consider when planning for the future of their land. These include asset protection, limiting liability, planning for mental disability to avoid conservatorship, dealing with probate, minimizing or eliminating federal estate tax, and the options, such as conservation easements or business entities, for leaving land to heirs. This course will also help answer landowners’ questions and equip them with the tools they need to protect their family heritage for generations to come.
