Texas Wildlife Association’s Women of the Land 2017

Women of the Land is a training program that focuses on supporting a land ethic by nurturing land stewards through a wide range of wildlife, habitat, and land management curricula. The program provides a unique and friendly environment for women to learn hands-on and ask questions of the state’s top natural resource professionals while networking with women of similar interests.

Our goal is to empower women to make informed decisions for the land and its resources today, tomorrow, and for future generations. We will create a legacy of natural resource literacy by educating each other, our peers, our children, and policy makers of the importance of good land stewardship.
